About the Presenter
Amanda Hart is an artist, art instructor, and mental health advocate. After completing her BA in Studio Art from Humboldt State University and studying in Afissos, Greece, she turned her focus to more process-oriented art and its impact on wellbeing. She developed workshops in a number of subjects including paint pouring, collage, and art journaling, and has taught them up the West Coast from Northern California to Homer, Alaska to artists and non-artists alike.
