Burnout: Creating a Healthy Workplace

Event Details

A healthy workplace is essential for a healthy business. But in the news lately, the word on the street is “Burnout.” Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress and characterized by a decrease in motivation and performance.  While burnout is not a new phenomenon, the COVID-19 pandemic has certainly been an accelerant.

  • What are the causes of burnout?
  • How to spot the signs of burnout in your employees?
