Se necesitan nuevas salvaguardias para proteger a su negocio. ¡Únase a nosotros con el Better Business Bureau para aprender cómo proteger su negocio de los ciberdelincuentes y cómo detectar posibles ataques cibernéticos antes de que sucedan!

Desde abril de 2021, Maria Pineda soy Especialista en Marketing en la oficina del distrito de San Francisco de la SBA.  Mis responsabilidades incluyen avisar pequeñas empresas sobre los programas y servicios de la SBA, como los préstamos garantizados, la contratación federal y la capacitación y asesoramiento técnico comercial.  Tengo más de quince años de empleo profesional en banco comerciales, ventas, marketing y experiencia en servicio público en el Departamento del Tesoro, la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional y la Administración del Seguro Social.  Soy bilingüe (inglés/español). 

Alma Galván es hija de inmigrantes mexicanos y llegó a los Estados Unidos en 1992 a la edad de 6 años. En noviembre de 2005, comenzó su carrera en el Better Business Bureau de Sacramento. Mientras estuvo en Sacramento, Alma abrió el BBB Business Torch Center, desarrolló varias herramientas y programas de marketing para pequeñas empresas y es uno de los socios del primer Programa Hispano SBDC. Hoy, Alma trabaja para BBB que presta servicios en el área de la bahía de San Francisco y la costa norte de California y es consultora de pequeñas empresas en SBDC.
