This webinar will help inform you about many of the aspects of zoning, planning and permitting related to farming in Mendocino County. The County is host to many areas of natural splendor, along with many sensitive species and habitats, which are highly regulated by County, State, and Federal regulations. Steve Aviv will help guide you through the process of understanding the basics of the many applicable planning regulations, and show you how to do your own research of opportunity properties.

Steve Aviv Kleinman has lived on the Mendocino Coast for three years, and comes with seven years of professional planning experience, with two years of locally-serving planning experience. In his free time, Steve Aviv enjoys gallivanting the spectacular redwood forests and turquoise waters of our coast, and enjoying locally-grown fruits and veggies. He currently serves as Senior Planner for Wynn Coastal Planning and Biology, a local planning consulting firm, which is available for all of your planning needs.
