Like many SBA Business Advisors, Steve Lamb was first a client. After 28 years in the telecommunications industry, Steve retired as Director of Operations and started a small business. In 2011, Steve first contacted West Center seeking support for his marketing and sales activities. A year later, in 2012, West Center invited Steve to become a Consulting Advisor for West Center, a position he held until 2016, when he became a full-time staff member. To date, Steve has interacted and met with more than 650 clients, many of whom he continues to assist in a variety of ways. Steve’s areas of expertise include business start-ups and expansions, operations, budgeting, development of pricing models, and financing.
