About Me:

Lillian first came to West as a client, when she was starting Lillian Rubie Photography & Illustration. Lillian is a founding member of the Deep Valley Arts Collective and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts Council of Mendocino County. Lillian has worked in clerical positions over the years and always felt that she had one foot in the art world and one foot in the business world. Joining West Business Development Center feels to her like a natural progression toward the community involvement she finds so important. She is the touchpoint for SBDC clients seeking services, helping to bring them onboard in a compassionate and caring way.
