Being able to confidently sell what you have to offer isn’t magic but it can feel like that when it works. In this third session you will learn the steps in a successful sales process and how to apply your unique spin to it. You'll pick up tips on how to best communicate with your customers, how to react when conversations don’t go as expected­­­, and how to manage leads for the greatest conversion success.

You will learn:
- What a sales process is
- How to apply your communication skills and brand statement to saless
- How to build the infrastructure for your sales playbook, complete response modules
- How to identify standards that create successful client relationships

This workshop is taught by:
Rachel Clark is a regular instructor for Mendocino’s SBDC and Mendocino’s Women’s Business Center. She has worked as a Business Coach for 16 years, helping clients transform their businesses and increase property. Using her formal education in Marketing and Economics (coupled with years of experience in Executive Recruiting), Rachel helps clients ready to work on their leadership and business skills.
