Have you ever thought about taking your passion to the streets? Today’s restaurateurs are not only sharing their culinary skills and tastes inside their brick and mortar restaurants, they are rolling them out to community events, catering sites, and personalized special occasions like weddings, showers, retirements, and birthdays! Stephanie Dunken and Julia Siderakis share this path of food truck discovery with over 40 years of restaurant ownership and industry experience combined! This webinar will open up your eyes to the bringing the “insiders” restaurant owner’s  experience of food and restaurant operations to the outside with professional and experiential details and what it takes to travel and share your culinary interests and tastes down the road of food truck success! 

Presenter

Julia Siderakis has been in the culinary industry for 39 years and a restaurateur for almost 30 of those years.  She has taught at the local community college, is a business advisor for West Business Development Center, sits on community and business boards, and is a business collaborator and expansion specialist in Mendocino County. 

Stephanie Duncan is the owner and operator of Slam Dunk Pizza, Inc. In almost a decade since opening our first brick and mortar restaurant, they have expanded into having two brick and mortars and two food trailers. Many lessons have been learned and Stephanie loves to share the lessons learned as well as learning from others.
