Business Budgeting – The Magic of Your P&L

Sep 13 1:00 pm — 2:00 pm

Event Details

As we’ve all seen with the pandemic, we can’t always plan everything that happens to a business. However, creating a budget is an important way to make sure you don’t overspend, or know if you need to make any changes. And with the uncertainty businesses have faced this past year, reevaluating your budget frequently will help you keep your money heading in the right direction.  This workshop will better equip you in how to budget for your business.

Topics include:

  • The benefits and importance of the budgeting process
  • Supporting schedules to build a full Income Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Assess the value of the first draft and revise to create a final polished budget
  • Use flexible budgets to assess organizational performance
