If you are an artist looking to take your art to the next level professionally or make your art your livelihood, join our Artists in Action webinars series, designed to give you the skills you need to turn passion into profit.

You made your art! Now it’s time to sell at a market, fair, or online. Are you ready for the customers? In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare for a sale or seasonal promotion, along with best practices and tools to manage your inventory.

Ari Takata-Vasquez is the founder of an Oakland brick-and-mortar brand and shop, Viscera, where she brings first-hand experience and empathy to client work to develop holistic approaches to business development. She also uses her architecture and city planning background as the leader of the Oakland Indie Alliance and serves on the SPUR board to help shape research and policy on good governance in the Bay Area. Ari has been featured in the SF Chronicle, Racked, 7×7, Oakland magazine, Diablo, Thrillist, and more.
