This workshop provides instruction, discussion, and resources for identifying your best clients and for developing an effective marketing plan. Identifying your best clients/customers and developing the most timely, appropriate, cost-effective way to deliver your marketing message to them is essential for business success.  Find out who will by your product; who will use your service.
Topics to be covered:    

  • Ways to identify the customers who will buy your products.
  • Ways to identify the clients who will use your services.
  • Reviewing the outside factors that influence client/customer decisions.
  • Discussing how marketing has changed; new ways to deliver your message.
